Touchpoint Co-design is a collaborative service design practice focused on improving the way people experience organisations, spaces and systems. We believe that every interaction, whether it’s a conversation, a website, a physical space, or a simple everyday process, shapes how people's experience and connection with an organisation.
Working closely with clients and the communities they serve, we uncover the moments where experiences become confusing, disconnected or frustrating, then transform those challenges into opportunities for improvement. Through research, collaboration and creative problem solving, we help design clearer, more engaging experiences that feel more intuitive, meaningful and human.
Who We Are
Touchpoint Co-design is built on the partnership between Teayl and Julia. While we share a passion for human-centred design, we approach challenges from different perspectives, creating a balance between creative thinking, strategic planning and practical delivery.
Our best work happens through collaboration, not only with each other, but with our clients and their communities. We believe the people who experience a service every day hold the knowledge needed to improve it. Our role is to uncover those insights, bring people together and transform ideas into experiences that are thoughtful, inclusive and lasting.
